RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All printed items are made to order and due to the nature of this digital product, all sales are final. So we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we do hope that our orders reach your satisfaction! If there is an issue, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

And to help us address the issue effectively, please include a photo and a brief description of the product you are dissatisfied with when contacting us.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All Digital Download purchases include:

  • A downloadable ZIP file containing printable PDFs
  • A separate PDF with Canva template links for easy customization
  • Unlimited personal use—print as often as needed

These items are an instant digital download, and no physical item will be shipped.

ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING

Processing times may vary, please check the estimated ship/delivery times based on your shipping selection.

Please allow at least 2-4 business days for processing and printing your order. Delivery typically takes 2-6 business days.

Note that calendar holidays and other factors may affect shipping times.

TEMPLATE INSTRUCTIONS

Once you’ve purchased a digital download, you will receive a .zip file upon receipt. Opening the .zip file review the .pdf file labeled “START_HERE…” to find instructions on how to use your template in Canva.
